Cancellation/Refund Policy

1. Course Enrollment Cancellation

  • Request for Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, you must submit a written request to GrowinAgri Academy’s support team at least 7 days prior to the course start date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refund Eligibility: Full refunds will be granted for cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this period.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

2. Course Material Access and Refunds

  • Partial Refunds: Once the course begins, if you decide to withdraw after accessing course materials, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a processing fee, provided you notify GrowinAgri Academy within the first 7 days of course access.
  • Non-Refundable: Course materials (videos, eBooks, quizzes, etc.) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you do not attend any of the classes, no refund will be issued.

3. Exceptions

  • Special Circumstances: In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, GrowinAgri Academy may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required to support the request.
  • Refunds for Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing course content for a prolonged period, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Contact support for assistance in such cases.
